Tulo undergoes successful groin surgery
PHILADELPHIA — Rockies shortstop Troy Tulowitzki underwent successful surgery on Thursday to remove scar tissue that was built up over a nerve in his left groin area. According to manager Jim Tracy, nothing unexpected was found during the operation, which was performed by Dr. William Meyers in Philadelphia.
